Bulletin board border for teachers is quite pricey and a bit boring. I like to mix things up and choose unusual borders with texture. And, I prefer to do it without spending a dime!
I got two things in the mail yesterday; a check from a camp I worked at and this happy mail. My hubby was so surprised that I was more excited about the happy mail than the check!
